Frequently Asked Payment Questions
1. How & When do customers receive invoices?
Invoices will be sent through Paypal during the 1st week of each month by email. 2. How do customers pay? Payments can be made securely through Paypal with any major credit card at no additional charge to you. We can also accept cash or check at the time of service or mailed to our office. No payments under mat, etc. 3. Do I need a PayPal Account? No. You can use any major credit or debit card to pay securely through PayPal. 4. Do you see my credit card information? No. When you pay through Paypal's secure site, all of your credit card information is hidden from us. We can only see that you have paid and when. 5. First time and One time customers? Payment will be required prior to our service. One time customers will have a higher rate that will be refunded to you on the next invoice if you choose to use our service on a regular basis. Still, no contract required for basic service. 6. When are payments due? For regular customers, payments are due before the second service of the month. One time customers must pay prior to service. |
