What if it rains on my scheduled date?
- While we can’t work in severe rain or when there is lightning, we'll continue to work in light rain as long as the ground is not too saturated.
Days that are missed because of rain will be made up as soon as possible during your scheduled week.
- Scheduled customers will be invoiced on the 1st of each month via email through our secure site on Paypal. You can easily pay online by credit card. We prefer not to take cash, but you can mail or hand deliver a check. Your invoice is due within 15 days of invoice.
- First time or One time customers will be invoiced before we arrive and will need to make payment on or before the time of service.
- Yes. However, the cost will be higher and payment is due on or before the time of service.
- No. We do not require you to sign a contract for "basic" service (mow, edge, blow) because we prefer to keep your business because you are happy with our work. However, "full" service customers will sign a contract because of the extra time and expense which is required for this type of service each month.
- No problem. However, we need a 2 week notice from our regular scheduled customers.
- Weekly or Bi-weekly Lawn Service includes: Mowing the lawn. Edging around the sidewalk, driveway, trees, flower beds, and house. And, blowing off all clippings.
- Weekly lawn maintenance (mow, edge, blow) from March through October, and bi-weekly service from November through February.
- Three seasonal fertilizing treatments throughout the year.
- Monthly trimming and shaping of existing shrubs.
- Monthly flower-bed turn over and clean-out.
- One annual mulch install in January or February.
- One winter cut back on all perennials in January or February.
- One Lawn Aeration in March.
- Four Leaf clean-ups October, November, December and January.
- We need pets to be inside or secure in a pen for us to enter the back yard.
- If you want to lock your gate, please use a combination lock that we can have access to.
- If either pets are out or gate is locked and we cannot enter, we will complete the rest of the yard and you will still be charged the full amount for that days service.
